Used tires illegally disposed of in Schwarzenholz

Between March 14th and 19th, 2024, around 40 to 60 old tires were illegally disposed of around 100 meters from the country road on the edge of the forest in Schwarzenholz, in the “Am Wallenborn” district.
The Lebach police station is asking for any relevant information to help solve this crime by calling 06881/5050.

About ZARE

The ZARE initiative is an amalgamation of a total of 18 companies organized in the Federal Association of Tire Dealers and Vulcanisers (BRV), 16 of which are certified disposal companies. The ZARE partners have set themselves the task of raising awareness of professional old tire recycling in Germany. At 25 locations, the ZARE partners cover almost all of Germany and the Netherlands. The ZARE partners do not have any additional certification compared to the certified used tire disposal companies who do not belong to the initiative. The certificate in accordance with the Waste Management Ordinance/BRV requirement profile alone stands for environmentally friendly disposal of old tires. The ZARE initiative makes this public.

ZARE is an active member of the AZuR network. The AZuR network finds ways and solutions for an ecologically and economically sensible tire cycle.
