Four cases of illegal disposal of used tires were reported in the Ellwangen/Neuler area. Between Friday, August 4th and Monday, August 7th, 2023, a total of around 400 old tires were found. Unknown persons disposed of these in various forest areas.
The police's commercial and environmental department is calling on witnesses to report their information on (07961) 9300. People who have information about the perpetrators or who have observed vehicles loaded with used tires are asked to share this.
The following four forest areas were affected:
In the forest between Schrezheim and Espachweiler, near the Neuler sewage treatment plant in the area of the sculpture path, on the path between Hinterlengenberg and Espachweiler, on the path between Hinterlengenberg and Rotenbach.
