About Külshammer tires

Reifen Külshammer was founded in 1995 as a carcass dealership in Lachendorf, Lower Saxony. The family business was certified as a waste disposal company in 1999 and concentrated on the disposal of used tires. In addition, the company is a First Stop franchise partner and offers new tires of all kinds. With a mobile tire service, Reifen Külshammer is available for trucks, construction machinery and agricultural vehicles 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Since 2017, Christian Külshammer has been running the business in the second generation of the family.

About ZARE

The ZARE initiative is an amalgamation of a total of 18 companies organized in the Federal Association of Tire Dealers and Vulcanisers (BRV), 17 of which are certified disposal companies. The ZARE partners have set themselves the task of raising awareness of professional old tire recycling in Germany. At 29 locations, the ZARE partners cover almost all of Germany and the Netherlands. The ZARE partners do not have any additional certification compared to the certified used tire disposal companies who do not belong to the initiative. The certificate in accordance with the Waste Management Ordinance/BRV requirement profile alone stands for environmentally friendly disposal of old tires. The ZARE initiative makes this public.
