17 tires of different vehicle classes were lying on the edge of the corn field near Langstedt. The image caused horror on social media: recycling centers allow legal disposal for less than three euros per tire.
It is believed that the worn, partially cut tires were disposed of on September 20, 2023. The Eggebek office is already informed about the incident. However, Mayor Ralf Ketelsen does not remain optimistic. According to him, cases like this usually lead to a dead end. Most of the time the perpetrators remained unknown.
