Bonn, June 08.06.2022th, XNUMX Disposing of used tires is not the same as disposing of used tires - professional disposal in the spirit of the circular economy is what matters. A new explanatory film by the ZARE initiative shows what constitutes professional and sustainable disposal of used tires.
What exactly do certified disposal companies actually do? The new ZARE explanatory film explores this question. The ZARE initiative is an amalgamation of 18 companies that are members of the German Tire Trade and Vulcanization Trade Association (BRV), 16 of which are certified disposal companies. In the explanatory film, viewers learn in compact 3:40 minutes how professional waste tire disposal works, what certified waste disposal companies pay attention to during the disposal process and what service certified disposal companies provide for sustainable waste tire recycling in the sense of the circular economy. The film can be found on the ZARE website and on YouTube be considered.
ZARE at Tire Cologne 2022
From May 24th to 26th, 2022, the ZARE initiative was in action at Tire Cologne 2022. At the international tire trade fair, visitors were able to experience product innovations and trends from the tire industry for three days. The ZARE initiative was in Hall 7 with a booth and an interactive action area and provided information on the importance of professional waste tire disposal for waste avoidance and recycling in the sense of the circular economy.
The disposal of used tires came to life at the ZARE action area: the ZARE partners gave a live demonstration of how professional, sustainable disposal of used tires works. A container filled with different old tires was emptied by a disposal professional in 20-minute performances and commented accordingly. That delighted the spectators and fitted in perfectly with the central theme of the trade fair, sustainability. “The trade fair was a complete success with many stimulating discussions, impulses and new prospects for our network. The ZARE initiative is growing,” says Christina Guth from ZARE.
Interest in scrap tire disposal is growing
The work of the ZARE initiative is becoming more and more well-known: inquiries about the certified disposal of used tires are constantly increasing via the ZARE website. The inquiries are available to the entire ZARE network. ZARE's partner companies accept old and used tires of all dimensions and dispose of them in an environmentally friendly manner. Most inquiries come from Germany, but also from Europe and many other countries around the world, for example the USA, Ghana or India. The ZARE partners and the environment benefit equally from the great interest. New partners are very welcome!
