Citizen volunteers and helpers collected a trailer full of garbage within two hours on Friday, December 17, 2021. Among the rubbish were used tires, cigarette butts, empty bottles, food packaging and even bicycles. The volunteers were shocked by the amount of rubbish found in bushes and on roadsides.
The aim of this day, in addition to cleaning up the streets, is to draw attention to the problem of littering. The aim is to ensure that packaging-free products or multi-use solutions are used wherever possible.
