Within the last few days, 32 used tires have been illegally disposed of by unknown polluters in the field near Heuchelheim (in the district of Giessen, Hesse). The police were made aware of the pile of tires on the bike path between Lahnparkstraße and Klein-Linden by a witness. Evidence in the form of the typical labeling on the tires suggests that they were previously owned by a tire dealer. It is now asked for the help of other witnesses to get more information about the identity of the perpetrators. Corresponding statements are recorded by the responsible police station Gießen Süd on telephone number 0641/7006-3555.
