At the beginning of April, 15 old car tires from various manufacturers were dumped on the grounds of the Braunfels city building yard (Lahn-Dill district). In addition, some containers lying around were misused for illegal waste disposal. Given the amount of blue garbage bags, plastic tarpaulins, garden hoses, plastic buckets, foam and furniture, it can be assumed that the perpetrator drove up in a van and dumped the garbage on the spot. Information on suspicious persons or vehicles is received by the city's Citizens' and Regulatory Office.
