On Tuesday, June 26, 2018, around 70 used tires were discovered in the countryside. In the "Am Ziegenberg" district, unknown persons left the old tires on a slope next to a dirt road. The community said: This is the second incident in three weeks in the same area. Only recently there was a Clean Landscape campaign day in Münchhausen, during which volunteer helpers cleared the landscape of rubbish. It is therefore particularly annoying that illegal rubbish has once again been dumped. The Münchhausen building yard picks up the tires. If the culprit is not found, the general public must bear the cost of disposal. That's why the municipality has offered a reward - 250 euros will be paid out for information that leads to the success of the investigation.
The municipality of Münchhausen has filed a complaint about illegal waste disposal in public areas. The municipal clerk's office accepts information.
