A call for witnesses to apprehend an environmental offender was successful. 40 old tires and two canisters of waste oil were illegally dumped at a silo between Heidersbach and Rittersbach. A witness has now reported who observed a man unloading garbage at the point in question and made the following statements: At around 9:30 a.m. a man unloaded the tires from his large, red pick-up truck with high side walls. He is between 50 and 60 years old, has dark, short hair and a three-day beard and mustache. He was dressed in a suit.
