Not a pretty picture: Unknown perpetrators dumped a large quantity of used tires in an open area near the Worms landfill. Walkers had previously discovered the tires, the district administration was turned on.
Not an isolated case, because such environmental crimes are increasing in Mörstadt. Furniture parts, refrigerators and bathtubs are dumped again and again, especially on agricultural land, mainly in the vineyards. It is usually not possible to find the culprit, so it is up to committed private individuals to clear up the rubbish themselves, for example as part of the annual "Dreck-weg-Tag".
