On June 7th and 8th, the 31st ordinary general meeting of the BRV in Cologne took place. The ZARE initiative was present at the adjoining exhibition with its own booth, presented itself to interested guests, greeted good friends and of course answered all questions about sustainable tire disposal. The three oil drums in the bright ZARE green, which promised the members "touch and understand" - in the educational sense of the initiative, were particularly noticeable. The barrels contained tire parts in various stages of recycling, from roughly shredded to finely powdered, making tire recycling literally tangible. A roll-up provided information about the sustainable life cycle, in which every old tire is put to a new use. Many questions were answered in lively discussions.
