In Kaiserslautern, on December 20, 2023, an illegal dumping of tires was discovered and removed at the Eselsbachtal parking lot on the K9 towards Gersweilerhof. Around 130 old tires were removed and disposed of, with the Kaiserslautern Labor and Social Education Center and ZAK being involved. The Kaiserslautern Forestry Office had alerted the city to the deposit.
The city is asking for information about those responsible, either on the environmental hotline (0631 3654444 or 0631 3654824) or from the enforcement service (0631 3652717).
