Between Friday, January 16, and Saturday, January 17, 2026, a total of 16 used tires were illegally dumped in a roadside ditch on the L169 between Baumholder and Niederalben. The tires were located just a few meters from the edge of the road, and the quantity suggests they were transported by van or transporter. The police in Baumholder are asking for information from the public and can be reached at 06783-9910.
