Due to an illegal location for garbage deposits with, among other things, old tires and hundreds of liters of used oil, the police are now investigating against the polluter or culprits. The police were made aware of the illegal dumping by attentive passers-by. A patrol car then found the heap of rubbish next to a country road in the municipality of Emmerthal, south of Hamelin. Around 200 used tires, a few with rims, and four plastic barrels with used lubricating oil, around 400 liters, were found here on Sunday afternoon. The police are assuming a commercial act. Cloth bags with fabric remnants and a trunk cover from a car were also secured.
