On April 12, 2023, 30 used tires were illegally dumped on a dirt road at the edge of the forest between Dachtmissen and Hänigsen during the day.
Due to the large number of people involved, the as yet unknown perpetrators probably used a van or a towing vehicle with a trailer, according to the police. The crime scene is a busy area for walkers and dog owners, so the police are hoping for information from the public. The perpetrators will be prosecuted and the garbage will be disposed of by a local waste company.
